We are a small, family-run business established in the Florida Panhandle in 2024. Originally from Michigan, we bring over 15 years of experience in commercial, residential, real estate, and short-term rental cleaning—along with everything in between.
As our family has grown, so has our business, and we are now excited to offer professional handyman services as well.

Pro Pair Cleaning & Handyman Services provides comprehensive home and property care, including standard and deep cleaning, specialized kitchen, bathroom, and laundry detailing, move-in and move-out services, commercial and construction cleanings, emergency and storm-prep services, power washing, and customizable task requests. We also offer reliable handyman support such as painting, staining, drywall repair, light plumbing and electrical work, staging assistance, furniture assembly, and more—delivering professional, thorough, and flexible service tailored to every client’s needs.
Standard Clean / Departure Clean
Our Standard/Departure Cleaning includes a thorough cleaning of every major area in the home. In the kitchen, we clean and sanitize countertops, wipe down all appliances, vacuum and mop the floors, remove waste, and unload clean dishwasher items. Living areas receive light dusting of furniture, cleaning of window sills, touch-up cleaning of interior glass, dusting of electronics, and full vacuuming and mopping. In the bathrooms, we clean all countertops and ledges, polish mirrors, sanitize toilets, and clean showers and tubs inside and out before vacuuming and mopping the floors. Bedrooms are refreshed with dusted furniture and window sills, cleaned electronics, vacuumed and mopped floors, and freshly changed linens. All additional spaces—such as foyers, laundry rooms, and patios—are wiped down and receive complete floor care to ensure the entire home is left spotless and welcoming.
Deep Clean Service
Our Deep Cleaning service is a comprehensive, top-to-bottom approach designed to leave every area immaculate. We clean from ceiling to floor, including fans, light fixtures, spot-cleaning walls, wiping switch covers and electrical outlets, and washing baseboards (excluding full wall washing). All appliances are cleaned inside and out, using a steam cleaner to reach seams and crevices, and moved when possible to clean behind them. All reachable windows are cleaned inside and out, including ledges and tracks. Living room furniture is moved to clean underneath, and baseboards behind furniture are wiped; removable couch cushions are washed, and leather furniture is cleaned and polished. In bedrooms, furniture is polished, and mattress pad covers are removed and washed as needed, ensuring a thorough and professional finish throughout the home.
Area Specifics
Kitchen Deep Cleaning
All cupboards are emptied and cleaned inside and out. Dishes removed from cupboards are sanitized in the dishwasher before being returned. Steam cleaning is used to remove grime and buildup from faucet handles, garbage disposals, drains, and other surfaces, with the goal of sterilizing as many areas as possible.
Bathroom Deep Cleaning
Cabinets are emptied and wiped down inside and out before replacing contents. Toilets and surrounding floors are sanitized with a steam cleaner. Grout areas are treated with a wire brush and steam as needed to remove mold and buildup.
Laundry & Linens
All linens—including comforters, blankets, removable curtains, and throw rugs—are washed. Larger rugs can be dusted outside, and carpets cleaned upon request, ensuring every item is fresh, clean, and properly maintained.
Additional Services
Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning
Our move-in and move-out services include all deep-cleaning tasks, along with minor trash removal, to ensure any property is fresh, sanitized, and ready for its next occupants.
Specialty & Commercial Cleaning
We provide construction cleanup, commercial cleaning, real estate turnover cleaning, barn cleaning, hotel cleaning, and more. If it gets dirty, we can clean it.
Emergency & Seasonal Services
We offer 24/7 emergency cleaning and support. For out-of-town owners, we provide pre-storm preparation and post-storm inspection for added peace of mind.
